Physical Therapy is the treatment of a disease, injury or pain with specific exercises, physical agents such as heat, cold, light or ultrasound and mechanical devices. Our staff can help improve your function, reduce pain and also to identify other underlying physical impairments—including weakness, decreased flexibility, joint stiffness, referred pain —that might require a more specialized attention.

How Does Physical Therapy Work:
You will be scheduled for an Initial Evaluation where the physical therapist will get your history, will perform tests, will observe and examine you in order to get a baseline.
You will then be provided an explanation of the treatment plan and goals and what to expect going forward with your PT program.
You will also be given instructions on any exercises that you may have to do at home.
We will provide patient education throughout your PT sessions to ensure that the results will last beyond your time in our clinic.
